Welcome to the Recruitment Website of IIT Rajasthan. IIT Rajasthan is one of the six new IITs set by the MHRD, in 2008. Our Graduates are combination of rigorous thinking, hardwork and fundamentals. The Student Placement Cell (SPC) is entirely run and managed by the students in harmony with the official authorities thereby taking care of the entire placement and internship procedure. The job of contacting various companies, their interaction with the students, arranging for the pre-placement talks, tests, interviews, entire work is done and co-ordinated by the student authority under SPC.

Perspective

Knowledge is the nuke of 21st century. Specialized knowledge is necessary but it also limits one’s perspective. Following the aforementioned it was decided to have no concept of departments in IITJ, the students may get degrees in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering, but they are taught subjects from versatile backgrounds viz. organizational Behaviour, English Literature, International Relations, Renewable Energy etc. The students not only choose courses to achieve a specialisation but also learn as Robert Frost once said “to mix vocation with avocation”.

An Invitation to create History

With this introduction we would now like to welcome the Students and Recruiters with open arms to join us in the first ever placement platform of IIT Rajasthan and hope that this goes towards growth and development in not only the engineering sector but also in the social arena.
